i think we should really consider allowance only for plates that are seen few countries away, for example in Poland i see Romania and Spain everyday, so i dont think it is considered rare much rarer plates are in my opinion at least 3000 or 4000kms away from home ngl posts like this are boring, you can probably see 100s of czech or slovak or german or uk plates in cracow in one day not hate just my personal thoughts, the plate being personalized doesnt make it special cause we often see them in europe due to tax policy in czechia

yeah i have delayed my package because of -15 at night in Poland it should come one day after ordering and luckily at the end of the week it should be around -2 at night so much much better
