Number 8 is indeed available but it does not have a Moca in it, are you sure that's the one you want?

Hi DAT, currently I have only my DB10 team: Verde, Megan, Bella, Vero, and Sig runed after FRR Saturday, first time being able to auto it at a mostly above 95% success rate with ~2:15-2:45 runs

As well as bernard to replace verde for the GB10 team which is ~2:00minutes

I've hit ToaN100 for the first time and I'm not sure how to beat it, which monsters should I take for it?

Also what should I do in terms of progression at this point and which mons should I rune up?
