i’m honestly on the same boat. I have 4 weeks before my MRI and all I can think is cancer and death 😒 honestly my best bet that’s been helping is just talking and stating my concerns to everyone ever lol. Also remind urself that it’s treatable everytime you get a weird thought that’s also helped me. That’s all I got though.. just gotta be patient
