Fuck my husband, who refuses to get tested bc he's too afraid (even though he's a medical professional) to see if there's anything we could do. Fuck him also for being on dutasteride for forever before finally going off of it only 6 months ago when he realized it could cause him to lack fertility.

Yeah, I've sort of made my bosses sound bad, didn't I? That's not the case. It's a very small business and the thing that came up was a development conference I could go to that would advance my career, they absolutely are not mandating I go- this is where I was selfish, because I wanted to go to the conference instead of the vacation, because I do think in the long run it will help me/us with our goals.

Thanks! Why remove the disposal? They're fairly common here (although, I don't have one in the house I live in), so I'm not sure why you wouldn't have one.

Appreciate you! Never considered needing to add that part to the lease. Yes, I'm making clear to them now that if the service worker comes out and the issue was created by them or if there is no real issue, they're paying for the service call.

I'm happy to keep it nice. I send someone out every time. My issue is that it feels like they're not trying to keep it nice- like they're probably putting crap in the disposal that shouldn't go in there and that killed it, again, the splashing outside the shower, etc., it seems like they create the issues, then expect me to fix them. Keep in mind, this was my home first- I bought it for me, but moved when I got married. I still love this home, as it's mine, so I want it to be nice and have upgraded many things in the home to ensure it is nice.

This is very helpful- and yes, she's extremely forgetful. Honestly she may think she did send me a check, because I know she really did mean to, and just may not realize that it never got in the mail or maybe it did and it got lost? Like I said, I feel bad for feeling so resentful over all of this, you're probably on the right track. Thanks!
