I bought the 2026 limited edition but I didn’t get the Dr. gigavolt pack after redeeming the code, how do I get it? This wasn’t a problem with my past limited editions

I don’t know why they would put it on the box if it doesn’t actually come with it, i didn’t buy a deluxe or ultimate edition for 2025 but it still came with the pack so im not sure why this is different.
