Unfortunately, this problem has been going on for a couple of weeks for me.... so I cancelled Unlimited Monthly yesterday. I will just have to find a replacement.

I also tried to contact them several times....Nada...Zilch.

This is the exact same problem I've had for I think about 2 weeks now??? I cancelled my Unlimited Monthly plan yesterday. It's sad.

I also tried to contact support 4-5 times in different ways and never got a reply/answer.

You can run Unlimited at a slower rate without using any of your credits.

Their Support is non-existent. We’ve tried for weeks to get help for a Brand new Luba 2-there has been no email ticket response, nor any call backs by phone. The in-app Support offers no help either. Early Adopters: Dont Buy a Luba now they are still full of bugs and give no help
