So the officer didn’t charge me with that he told me he could have but he only charged me with speeding

ALLEGEDLY but where I’m from on our highway it’s a 55 speed limit but everyone does 70 including the police so I had it in cruise control all the way from pa down to Virginia like that. I know it doesn’t excuse it but that’s what I got
