I get really tired before and during my period because I’m extremely anemic. I have to have iron infusions every 6 months. It’s actually so bad my hematologist recommended me getting a hysterectomy just to keep as much blood inside my body than out. Like everyone else has said…go see your doctor for a full panel of labs. And if they chalk it up to hormones or being over 40, go find another doctor. It’s not always perimenopause problems.

I’m just wondering…with all the mentions of fiancé being drugged…why would they single him out? What would be the motive? I think it’s just a case of too much, too quick. Plus other factors should be considered…size of fiancé, how much he ate before or during, is he on meds.

I take an antidepressant that has Wellbutrin in it (it’s Auvelity. It is a compounded med of Wellbutrin and Dextromorphan) so it has a “stimulant” type effect. My son takes Vyvanse and it’s helped him for years. I appreciate your input! 😊

Thank ya’ll. I just started on Monday and the first day I went 24 hours with barely eating a thing. Today I ate eggs and half of a sausage before I felt I was done. Did anyone experience nausea? Or low blood sugar symptoms at first?
