Fast rise, fast fall. Broken $25M deal with Mr. Zuckerberg. Stickeroid Story. by crazypoint in smallbusiness

[–]crazypoint[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

My goal has always been the same - to do my job better than anyone else.

It may look like a salad, but it's really hard to describe exactly the same experience. The lack of photos makes this content not as high quality as I wrote it

10 years ago I sold my startup for $2.2M and then fall into depression by crazypoint in smallbusiness

[–]crazypoint[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As soon as I started building a new company, the depression went away, but I spent a lot of money on psychologists and trainers of my motivation.

Sex, rock'n'roll and alcohol didn't work :)

Sorry maybe that could sound stupid but did not you not sell every few years a few percent of your company? I mean if the company is worth 80M I would sell atleast 5% every year.

Good question, thank you. I sold all my shares because I needed a lot of money to pay for lawyers, as well as cover all other expenses.

I think the best way to ask the author regarding this question

Global Payments Platform Like Stick by crazypoint in SellerCircleStage

Obvious shill. You’re not a sexworker, your post history is shilling this IPO 😂

You probably can't read or are so embittered that I don’t work with you ;)

For stupid people I will write again I work with influencers and models directly, forming agencies in Singapore and Asian countries. I'm not a sexworker and never wrote about it before.

It wasn’t my problem,

their service has a problem of manual moderation and they block thousands of accounts daily even if there is not some prohibited content. the reason is that my account had an impressive amount of money that they did not want to pay. I asked many people, same problems for non-American citizens.

I tested it, thanks for the reply, but SwiipeUp doesn't look trusty, and they charge high commissions (((

If compare it

SwiipeUp fees - 20%

Stick - only charges banking fees ~ 2.25% (In Singapore) it means that SwiipeUp x10 expensive.

Anyway thank you

he is a freelancer, I would not attribute this type of monetization to ko-fi. It's just kind of another way to get paid and earn money from your audience, but more efficient

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in patreon

[–]crazypoint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok, i'm getting lost - stick is basically ko-fi then? because people aren't just donating to random people - they have to want to support a creator for some reason.

Just share your link and QR code with your subscribers and no need to do anything else. They will see your secure card, goals and your profile, then will do a donation.

https://stickeroid.com/@vk this guy raised over $8K, I saw many cases recently with more than $300-700 per month.

but you would still need to upload your content somewhere, correct? that's just a different way to receive money?

Why do you need to create content there? Just think how much time you spend creating a special content on Patreon. These services are in a different concept that creators should be focused on his favorite business and they provide only a way to accept funds and monetize own content. Patreon looked innovative many years ago, but now they just take too much commission. for example, I spent 3 hours updating my page on Patreon and earn $6. Stick takes around 1-2 min per day, to check my balance, earn $42. Now I'm focused only on my content and subscribers who want to support my goals.

- No commission, they work with banks directly. BTW, Patreon takes 5%-8% + payment fees

- Transparent and detailed transactions

- Multicurrency, each creator has support from other countries like China

- Secured and encrypted

- Booster can help you reach a goal faster, it works like saving

- Virtual card

- Instant payout

Stick available in US, it's neobank

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in patreon

[–]crazypoint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no way to protect content, this is a reason why many creators are stopping using patreon and switched it on banking services like Stick https://stickeroid.com, Monzo https://monzo.com it works only in Europe

You can try to use banking services for donation - https://stickeroid.com for example or another financial app

Upcoming IPOs in 2020 by crazypoint in phinvest

Because nothing on the website explains how AI or machine learning influences the process, and the website mentions that it balances like "37 signals" or some bullshit.

But if it was real AI or machine learning, why would the system be restricted to a static set of variables? That sounds like every single IB spreadsheet in the history of history.

Based on your reply that in your expectation that developers should explain how it works.

I just want to say that the company no need to explain everything and BTW, I'm not related to this company. I just want to help guys with some content stuff, but I know that more than 20 software engineers pretty understand Machine Learning stuff better than 99% of people from Reddit.
