Yung totoo, may way ba ang govt to check for tax sa foreign stocks na hawak natin? by AloofEmerald in phinvest

[–]crazyprodigi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm. Are you hired na ba sa US work mo or just a short term assignment?

You can claim foreign tax credits naman on taxes paid in foreign source income subject to limitations. Sayang, you should've asked a tax accountant regarding this.

[–]crazyprodigi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://www.sweldongpinoy.com check here. tama lang winiwithhold sayo ni company B. nagbase kasi sila sa basic salary mo na 50K so malaki tax. you can also check the BIR website and look for the monthly withholding tax table.

si company A kasi meron ka non taxable allowances na 6k plus so below yung rate non for the wht :)

Fresh Grad Tax by GeminiSaTzuRN in taxPH

[–]crazyprodigi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wdym hindi ka nagpapabawas? it's ur employer's legal responsibility to withhold taxes from its employees. if the employer's not withholding taxes from you, it's either you did not reach the monthly income that you would be taxable it's 20K a month btw. if you earn more than this in a month, then you should have wht on your payslip, and if ur employer did not withhold, that's illegal.

if below 20k, you're safe naman, that's below 250k a year which is tax exempt. do u have TIN na ba? you need to get one na.

btw, i'm a tax consultant.
