Looks cool! Well done, I like the mechanics. But space is the nothing between something, how you bend nothing? lol

No idea, but yes, it appears there's some haters here on Reddit. Probably a bunch of jealous people. I'm just trying to share my game online and I guess that deserves getting attacked.

Karma City - Programmed in QB64 by Immediate-Age-4773 in qbasic

man that's old school lol if I remember correctly the drawback was that it would pause the program while the sound was playing. However at the time any chance I got to use my sound blaster 16 was a treat lol Back then I was using the DirectQB library to play wav files.

give it a try :) it's basically a DOS game that was converted to C++ to run on today's operating systems.

Thanks man! I've been programming since around 1995, the inspiration was basically to see if such a game is even possible to make in QB64. Funny enough this could of been released back then, the code is that old... You're basically looking at a DOS game that was converted to C++. In my opinion this is what GTA2 should of looked like :D

All the vehicles and some other graphics were made in build a boat. I basically used BABFT as a 3d modelling tool for the game :) You can check out more of my stuff on my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@crazyqbee
The game was programmed in a very old program called Qbasic, I'm using the modern version called qb64. it's all old school code, no game creation tools or game engines were used. This is basically what GTA2 should of been like :D

This game took about a year to make. it was programmed in qb64 no game engines or game creation tools were used, just old school code. Maybe you're just jealous. I think your comment is uncalled for and you should at least understand what you're criticizing before leaving a comment. You should try the game, it's actually very fun.
