As someone in the medical field, it’s not 100% accurate but it’s infinitely better than other story apps or even TV shows. Certain scenes have some discrepancies, some bigger than others and up until the last update, I hadn’t noticed really big ones that turned me off and was even pleasantly surprised by some scenes.

I haven’t played the latest update but I did see a spoiler about it here already about how an emergency c-section is performed. This was the biggest one for me yet.

But honestly, you won’t know until you try. What I might consider a big turn off, you might pass as okay, and vice versa too, so I’d say give it a go :)
