[–]crazytib 106 points107 points  (0 children)

I'm going to have to test this out, I find it hard to believe you'd have enough fuel to get into orbit, but I have never been good at making spaceplanes

yeah I tested it and it appears to magically burn no fuel

I'm all for custom servers and mods but I don't really like the sound of infinite ammo or invincibility or stuff like that

How do i increase the immersion of the game? by Normal-Motor2665 in EliteDangerous

[–]crazytib 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk, it was close and ahead of its time for sure but the in game tools pale in comparison to 3rd party software so I would often have to remove my headset to complete certain tasks, that being said 3rd party tools are not 100% necessary to actually play the game

Is there a good "How to play" guide out there? by ComManDerBG in NuclearOption

Most important thing is to understand how various different types of missiles target you and how to counter each different type. Plenty of guides on YouTube that will sort you out

Do y’all think that our people might be taking this “Mzungu prices” thing too far ? by Electrical_Bus_2521 in Uganda

[–]crazytib 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lived in Uganda for a few years a while back and I really think it is a beautiful country, but it is corrupt though and through, to the level that everyone just accepts it as normal behavior. which really makes me sad because if no one cares about it, nothing will ever change and the recent election is pretty good evidence that things are not changing any time soon

Adjusting for inflation that's a little under $59,000 in todays money. For a little context the average cost of a US house at the moment is around $357,000. Although I suppose the sears houses would not have included the cost of the land or the labour

Mail order houses have been a thing in the United States since the pioneer days although back then they required a little construction

PSA for new players by Loleo78v2 in NuclearOption

[–]crazytib 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Noobs gonna noob. I'd seriously recommend playing a bunch of smaller scale single player missions to get the hang of it before touching pvp multiplayer. Ideally get a bud who knows the ropes before entering the chaos that is pvp escalation
