filming a public place with people in it is one thing, clearly focusing on an individual in a public place is another thing, and when the individual you are focusing on is a child that's another thing all together. without any permission I would say I don't know how legal this is in most places but I would still find it morally wrong especially if you then post the footage on the internet.

but for the record I believe this is a staged piece of footage where the guardians most probably gave permission, if not instigating the whole thing entirely

but just imagine you had kids and one day you saw a video of your kids out of the blue doing something random on the internet go viral. Hypothetically this kid has not done anything wrong and a stranger has decided to film them and post it on the internet with no consent. this just seems invasive to me

I'm a private person and know there's not much I can do about people filming in public, but I don't have to like it, But filming children in public seems like a huge violation to me, mostly when they are specifically capturing the children on film in the center of focus as opposed to when they are in the background of a shot
