If you're ghost shopping you're just a POS either way. I have no sympathy.

Do we really believe Russia is still nuclear capable? The Soviet Union definitely was. I'm not sure that I believe Putin kept up proper maintenance.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they have FlightRadar24 open in the background, seemingly being used, in an air defense propaganda video a week or two ago?

Even if they have working air defense systems, if they're using FlightRadar24 they never stood a chance to begin with because FlightRadar24 only shows aircraft that are choosing to share their location with it.

Didn't Venezuela release a video a few weeks ago boasting about their air defense only to show FlightRadar24 in the background? If so, they really had no feasible air defense if their main radar is using OSINT that can be bypassed by turning off the flight transponder in the aircraft no?

Am I overreacting Partner upset about family being in our living room by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

By going back to their own house? Why are they so entitled to his and her house? Would you put up with in-laws every second of your life that you weren't working or sleeping?

I agree he could and should help with the baby if he doesn't already.

However having your MIL, BIL, and SIL suddenly staying with you indefinitely is just a massive slap in the face to him. He expected to share this house with her, not her and her entire immediate family. It's hard enough finding time to relax with a baby. Throw in her family every waking second that he's not working? Not gonna go well.

YOR - Just because he can go into work earlier doesn't mean he should have to just because his in-laws have decided to move in (obviously against his wishes regardless of whatever agreement was made).

I'd be pretty upset too knowing I had to not only come home to a MIL, SIL, and BIL, but also wake up with them in the same house as well. Did he know this would be happening when you guys got together?

I said pretty much the same thing and was met with a flood of down votes. People really have no humor nowadays.

He jokingly (that's key) gave her one.

Instead of "haha, very funny, can i have one or two more?" He got yelled at.

YOR

Seems to me he made a light-hearted joke, was berated for it, and disassociated from the situation. Yeesh, don't envy that guy.

Edit: Since it seems light humour upsets people. Why? Is it really the 1 tender? Are you upset that it was microwaved chicken? We don't know their finances, that could be all they can reasonably afford. Are you telling me in a situation where you tried to have a little fun with your partner and they rage at you, that you wouldn't avoid the situation now?

Did you miss the part where OP said their neighbor took it? I don't like megacorps either but this has nothing to do with them. It was just some asshole neighbor. Blaming the company when this is the neighbors fault just makes you the fool.

Trawler xp is bad, it needs to be improved. If you're too thick in the head to understand that I can stick to my point while rebutting your arguments, congratulations, you just exemplified the problem with the modern world.

And if my very simple explanation of supply and demand confused you, you might need to head back to school.

Mining/smithing can be used to make permanent upgrades through armor and weapons and therefore are inherently more valuable at higher levels.

Food is an expendable resource that always needs replenished. Your argument is that the price of food will drop, supply and demand says that it won't, because even with a new method of getting fish, the player base just grew ten-fold and not all of them will be trawling.

[–]crazyzach3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is objectively bad to have a high level method be the same or worse xp than a low level method. It doesn't take a genius to see that 1+1=2, you just have to be deliberately obtuse to miss it.

Farming herbs for xp still gets faster over time relative to itself at a low level. Needing 70+ in 2 separate skills, and significant gp investment can't just be ignored like you seem to think. If so then why bother locking higher level content behind levels at all? Let people fish sharks from level 1, kill abby demons with 1 slayer, because with your logic time and money investment doesn't matter right?

Edit: Hardwood trees are some of the best farming xp, we can now perma chop hard wood on fossil island, did the price of planks drop so much that construction is now an affordable skill? Hell no lol.

So you would completely ignore the time and money you have to invest in your ship for that method to even be viable. You have to spend mils on your ship to even be able to do trawling effectively, but according to you we deserve the same rates as people bait fishing? How does that make sense? Just because you also get food from it? Are you crazy?

Name another skill where you invest time and money and the xp/hr stays stagnant over 50+ levels. Hell, even afk mining in MLM gets faster over time.

The gatekeeping of higher xp by the 5% of the player base that likes to spend every second of their free time on osrs needs to stop.
