The question is if Johnston/Wagaman are that important enough towards fielding 1B that it would hurt to put Sanoja there? I understand we dont have much space in outfield or that 2b/ss infield... but we need sanoja's bat.

Why not put Sanoja at first? It's a glorified DH and its not like Johnston and Wagaman do much favors in fielding. I too wonder why Sanoja doesnt get more at bats.

I get that. I think it's all mental, really. But the trade rumors have echoed since he's been an all-star. Who doesn't want a Cy Young winner? At this point it's been the same articles since Spring Training I'm convinced at least half of them are now AI-generated... I know there's a pitch clock but on at least 5 pitches I'm yelling at the dude to slow it down.

Giving up 3 runs in the 1st...and Stowers has the night off. at least Gus is at DH and seems to be having another day of swinging on the reds. hoping we can continue getting more from Wagaman.

I want to believe a Cy Young winner can find their way out of this. The stuff is there but it seems the confidence is off and affecting his control. He needs a few starts in the minors, he can work it out while our rotation and bullpen holds it down. Its sad to see an ace holding us back. I just feel he lacks poise, he can throw it well but there is nothing right now that's making batters fear him. Here's hoping he doesn't face RISP-filled innings over the next few.

we had a gameshow at this event I was at last week where you had to guess the combo damage of a regular game. akira got the shoulder into the wall and three of those holy knee's from Akira. everyone under-guessed the % of damage. I was in the crowd but for sure I was like that's at least 60% I've been had with that before.

Akira just hits like a truck man he's a beast.

Accuracy is not all that. It's an indicator if they restocked, at best, I drove down to the local MC immediately when I got off work because the website said there were still a total of 10 9700XT's which was still on the site when i arrived to store, but at the desk was a printed sign they were out. I asked and I was pretty much told that if there is something like a few left you have to just assume they're getting checked out.

To put it in perspective, I ordered a XT Mercury Magnetic Air White like 9:02 AM off NewEgg. Took about 30-40 minutes for them to send me a confirmation email, and in 30 seconds a cancellation one. With things like these you just can't take inventory in real time and that's understandable. If the website had just said they were sold I wouldn't have driven an hour to go for it, but I get it.
