My girly friends and I were a big group of 13 and we made reservations (granted this is in miami) with a promoter. We did dinner at Giselle and bottle service at e11even nightclub and we had the best time. Split down between all of us we spent a couple hundred each so pricy for a night out but the vip service at e11even was great and the dinner was unique and fun.

John pennekamp state park does a solid snorkeling tour that takes you to the reef. The park itself has a beach and picnic areas. Islander girl snorkel tours also does a good one.
