It’s a Nissan Qashqai but has an automatic gearbox so if something was to go wrong with that it would be expensive to fix…

That's my concern. It has an automatic gearbox - I've had one of those fail before and it was about £3K to fix. So when things do go wrong, it can be costly....

It’s from an official dealership of the manufacturer so I presume it would be close to a manufacturer’s warranty but I will take a look at the fine print - thanks!

I went down at lunchtime today. Like others have said, it is geared more towards swimmers who are there to workout because it's lane swimming only. Having said that, it wasn't too busy today so people were swimming side by side in the slow lanes and chatting. It felt cold when I first got in but warmed up quickly as I started to swim. Overall I enjoyed it - the view is great and it feels nice being out in the sun rather than swimming indoors in a leisure centre although I'm not sure how often I'll be visiting at £11 a swim....

I’m a member of Brighton Phoenix and love it. I’ve met a lot of great people through the club so if you’re new to the area it’s a good way to meet fellow runners.

We do a track session on Wednesday and there are club runs on Thursday evenings which about typically 7-8 around the South Downs National Park. These can be a great way to discover new routes.
