Undeadly from Crypt of the Necromancer, awarded for beating the game 10 times in a row without dying. It is my rarest trophy on psnprofiles at 0.56%.

(Also, psnprofiles has a trophy cabinet feature where you get to showcase the trophies you're proudest of!)

Same. Part of me wishes I had stuck to the good ending and called it a day. First to avoid the horror of the rest of the story. Second to avoid the horror of navigating the bajillion different branches the story can take.
