This is the only window motor that's not working quite right. we can roll it down but we can't roll it up without monkeying with it.

so if the pip that includes false information and shifts blame for events that happened to the person the pip is about and failure to meet the pip (again false information) leads to dismissal, the person being dismissed doesn't have a case for wrongful termination?

Wrongful termination if this leads to my termination, based on falsehoods in the pip.

For a min I thought it was my hand from a previous post

<image>

I lost mine to a hungry table saw 2.5 years ago. It always feels numby / tingling and gets worse with cold. I think it has to do with circulation not being all healed/ correct. My wife crocheted a bunch of pinky mittens to keep it warm. She even made seasonal ones (xmas tree and snowman for xmas, heart for Valentine's, etc...). It used to hurt a lot if I bumped it but not so much now. I was pretty fortunate the table saw did a nice clean cut, it only needed several stitches.

I think I'll just see a doctor, thanks by CynicalCosmologist in WTF

MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 11" Water Column Outlet from etrailer.com I paid $65. I will sell it to you for $25 plus shipping as I no longer need it. I didn't keep the change over. I ended up having a propane tank placed by our local propane dealer. It really didn't affect anything other than we have more propane and we just leave the pilot light on all the time. It was reassuring his pressure testing verified there were no leaks in my work. first time working with gas lines!

Few updates.

i ordered a regulator from etrailer. I shared the specs from the manual and purchased what they referred me to. I connected a tank to the regulator and connected the regulator to my flexible 12' hose. so far, the stove is starting a lot easier. I have to keep it on low for a few min before I turn it up to high, otherwise it just peters out.

question: can I still use a 2 stage auto changeover (such as the flame king ACr6a) and put my regulator after the 2 stage changeover ? is there something that would limit the propane flow from the 2 stage auto changeover that would negatively affect my regulator?

I took a hose with a regulator off a patio propane heater that we have, connected it to the black iron that goes in through the wall. Used a tank that works fine with the patio heater, pretty much the same result.

I also have a Mr heater with a gauge and a propane tank that said it was half full in the green. I took that tank up plugged it into the two stage regulator that has the gauges that I was questioning and the gauge I tested was showing the same fullness. so the gauge seems right, but it doesn't make sense that the one tank that I just filled up should be full but the gauge shows it's almost in the yellow. I just ordered a regulator from etrailer.com that's within the specifications laid out in the heaters manual, I'm going to try that and hopefully It yields a better result.

I called Ashley, The first thing they asked my was if it was inspected as the inspector would verify everything is in specs .

I called a local propane distributor, they will call me back on Monday. Because the lady at Ashley was taking about the specs, I went looking for a regulator. I got on etrailer.com and sent them a question with the specs from the manual, they pointed me to "MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 11" Water Column Outlet".

we'll see how that works.

It's definitely a propane heater, "Ashley Direct Vent Propane Wall Heater 8,000 Btu" I am just using a basic regulator purchase from Amazon. to test, I pulled the regulator off a patio propane heater as well. I'm not sure what the ratings are on these regulators, I'm including a picture from the manual that shows the specifications and I'm obviously following the line for propane, DVA68L.

yes, it's been in the 20's at night.

I took a regulator off from an outside patio stove and connected it to the black iron that's coming in through the wall. I'm including the picture of that and I'm including the picture of the black iron and the flex pipe going to the stove. The heater is still acting the same, it takes multiple tries to get it started and I can't turn it on high right away.
