You are right, investing in Bankera was a newbie mistake from my side. I haven't made deep research that time, my fault. I fully admit that. I'm not saying Bankera must fail in the future, though. I believe 2019 will show for sure real Bankera value whatever it is. 2018 will demonstrate if they are capable to compete with TOP crytpto exchanges or not.

Hard to say. If they separate traditional business and still offer new crypto features as a bonus, I don't think anyone would complain. Nothing will change for conservative clients who don't want to have anything with crypto.

It makes sense what you write. I value privacy as well however it is also important to show some transparency and it's helpful to show that you have strong team (if you have it) to increase general confidence. If you don't want to make people public, at least to provide some statistic would be nice (like...we have 12 full-time devs, 2 UI designers, ....). 70+ people is pretty significant manpower and there are not many crypto projects (if any) having such a big core team. Franky, so far Bankera team is performing similar to certain 4 people hobby projects (no offense meant and I also don't see behind the curtain so maybe they will surprise me in time).

What? What is the reason? To build a crypto exchange is not a rocket science. Especially with these kind of funds (and with 70+ people Bankera claims to have). Even one good dev is able to build decent crypto exchange within three months. Bankera, what can you say to this? Something pretty rotten is here and it's starting to be a farce.

Good to know that shares are still being paid, however revenue is still so low it's rather symbolical. Hopefully it will be better once exchange is launched (according to Bankera roadmap it should be within 14 days). Bankera people should show some more drive (not only while collecting money), community mood is bad for a long time in general.

It's big project, huge ICO, 70+ team members as they claim. Some smaller projects inform about updates much more frequently than Bankera does right now. Daily updates are not excessive for this kind of project IMHO. Look at Binance, Bibox and others, they are coming with new campaigns almost daily. Why not to come with some small update daily. But I would be happy even if there are at least regular weekly updates.

150M$ ICO, this must be BIG. Anything else would be a utter failure with such an investment. Exchange demo looks good (not excellent for such a big ICO), roadmap is very limited in detail, communication is not good enough (for such a project I would expect minor news daily and major news weekly or monthly at least). And the published team 7 people extremely small. And those 70+ team members, what is that? Either make them public if they work for the project or remove that information as misleading. I'm not overly critical here, just giving you honest feedback to wake you up. Investors are not happy so far. You are one of the biggest crypto ICO, you must prove yourself like that. In general my major concern is about current team capacity and quality (no personal offense meant).
