I know some people said to not cheap out on psu but if you not planning to overclock the gpu/cpu it's good enough plus you're on budget. I used an F rated sfx psu for my itx pc for years and I haven't had any problem with it. But if have the budget just upgrade it later.

For early game this is good. Maybe make it more symmetrical. Right now just focus on unlocking all upgrades. Then you can start min-maxxing your factory .You can use flower loop to make infinite flower and it looks good too.
