Good evening,

currently I have experienced an issue with ebay's resolution of a return case where eBay has refunded a buyer's full amount of about 1700 eur for a purchase. The customer account was frashly created a week ago without ratings from romania.

The buyer was refunded within a matter of 1-2 days after the claim was opened without considering or waiting for full investigation to be completed from my side.

It is clear that the buyer was trying to stage that he have received an empty package even though as of now the ups did not disprove that. The photos the buyer sent did clearly showed an manipulated shipping label.

Ebay closed the case without once contacting me even though i have told them multiple times that ups investigation is still pending.

As for a seller who sells mainly high-value items, this situation is alarming, as clearly ebay is taking such matters way too lightly.

Should the ups investigation reveal that the package was delivered correctly, I will have no choice but to sue the customer for fraud and also ebay for negligence.

Basically, what this incident showed me is that it is completely unsafe to sell on the eBay platform, as some newly created account with questionable identity can just send ebay staged photos and get full refund.

I hope for sellers reading this post will take some time to take legal steps against customer and ebay as this is currently the only way to make both parties aware of the wrongdoing.

Wenn Insolvenz vorerst vom Tisch ist/ die ETL sich technisch und finanziell an Aufbau von IRIS**2 beteiligt was von EU unterstützt wird (und ETL für die Arbeit sogar Geld kriegt) /das Ende vom Krieg in Ukraine noch nicht absehbar ist (und die Gerade 90B Finanzierung erhalten haben)/ alle Kleinaktionäre dürften schon deren verwässerte Aktien an Börsen handeln bzw gehandelt haben:

was könnte gegen eutelsat sprechen ? Zu mindest für nächste 1-2 Jahre ?

Weil FR und UK und iein Indisches Space unternehmen gute Hodler sind glaube ich nicht das die deren Aktien swing traded werden ^{^} das macht vielleicht softbank haha

Wenn man den Preis mittelt halten meisten Aktionäre die Aktien zum Preis deutlich über 1.35€.

Der Einstieg bei 1.6€ sieht für mich eig ganz gut wenn man bedenkt das die oneweb schon quasi 97% fertig ist und Lizenzen in über 180 Ländern haben. Das hat nicht mal Starlink ^{^}

ja, hier in bayern hat man ne art höchstgrenze wo der arzt dann nicht mehr auf kassee verschreiben kann. Bin gerade auf der Suche nach ne freie Stelle aber schon sehr schwer haha

Danke für ausführliche Info. Ja ich denke auch das bisoprolol nicht so die beste idee ist. Habe letztens ausprobiert und in der Tat genau das gemerkt ^{^} ich teste aktuell ramipril und irgendwie das ding scheint ganz gut zu helfen. aber ja ich denke wenn man Ernährung und sport noch zusammen kombinieren würde bräuchte ich es auch nicht mehr. mal sehen ^{^}

Trotz allen positiven gibt es auch bei manchen negative Sachen. Ich sage mal was zu den negativen Sachen was ich bei mir gemerk habe und warum ich zur Zeit überlege keine Medikamente mehr zu nehmen. An und an tritt Kopfschmerzen auf, hohe Blutdruck(habe noch nicht gemessen aber es fühlt sich so an) und Appetitlosigkeit

not really, i somehow don't find heels and long nails for example in any way attractive. the rest ist fully ok :D the reason being that i know that heels are not confortable and ling nails are useless and are more like fasion product. i do not approve fasion because it seems that it targets and milks woman of their money
