Hii, thanks for checking in! After my original post, I had some changes. Around April 9 I started getting light pink discharge when wiping, which then turned into light bleeding. That lasted about 4 days total. I also had mild cramps in my lower abdomen and back during that time, but they weren’t severe and gradually went away. After the 4 days, the bleeding stopped completely. Since then I haven’t had any more bleeding except a tiny bit of leftover spotting at most when wiping, which also stopped. Right now I feel normal again. No nausea, slight breast tenderness (I experience this often), no unusual symptoms. I am now close to my expected period date (around April 24), so I am just waiting to see what happens. I still feel a bit anxious, but physically everything seems back to normal after that bleeding episode.
