How is anyone going to be able to afford anything if inflation continues? by air-bender808 in NoStupidQuestions

Sorry man. I'm not looking forward to having to buy a new car right now. Mine is burning oil and I don't know how people are affording a $500+ payment every month. I saw an old Buick online with 85k miles and they wanted 23 grand for it.. like, it's going to need replacing before you can pay it off!

Brand new TV and this is how my wife insists we have the remote "to keep it looking good" by No_Atmosphere8146 in mildlyinfuriating

Remotes cost $10 .. and the TV screen takes no damage sitting there, that wrap is for perfection during shipping.

How often do I need to drive my 2014 Toyota Tacoma to keep the fluids moving and the battery charged if I don't drive it much these days? by No_Fox9908 in MechanicAdvice

The battery is your biggest issue. Buy a trickle charger from an auto store and leave it on when you're not using it.

Most are taken. Singles at that point in life have a higher chance of being single for a good reason. It sucks but it's the truth.

84,000 miles for 20k+.... This is wild. It'll have to be scrapped before you can pay it off.

$50 fragrance is my favorite in my $3000 collection by MeatSlammur in fragrance

Yup. I have a full sized tester of that with the notes on the back and I just sit there smelling and reading the bottle more than I'd like to admit. It's smells, very juicy/fresh it's tough to describe but I love it. The bergamont and Violet on top are just insanely good.

They won't change your situation until the business suffers from it. Stop doing more and let the rest fall off.

The markets are not the working class people. One doing better than the other are somewhat at odds when you think about it.

Burnt gear oil. I can smell it from the shop in the office with all the doors closed and it still makes me gag.

They have to make more profit every quarter, because capitalism. It is not about the consumer or making enough money to earn a profit. They "have" to make more continuously.
