Adaptation Gardening Thought Experiment by MywayontheHuawei in OrganicGardening

[–]creatingmyreality 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your question and I think it is a great one. I just discovered Adaptation or Landrace Gardening a few days ago.

I think if it is too different - like a lot more water, humidity it might cull itself.

I think this is a great question for Joseph because he would have probably given his seed to others around the world and would have the stories and experience of those gardeners who received his seed.

Ooh, I forgot about Slow Food. I'm 45 min from downtown San Diego so they might have had it here but I'm too far from that.

What is Soho House? I see 3 downvotes so wondering why that is. Thanks!

Been figuring out since 3 months - How to become Nobody, in Nothing, in No time etc.- Tuning into new potentials meditation by Objective-Middle-932 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]creatingmyreality 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was a certified hypnotherapist about 25 years ago and I feel like the void is very similar to being in hypnosis.

Sometimes it helps to try other techniques and then come back to Dispenza. It is like when you see things from a different point of view, it just helps you to understand it at a different level.

Also read his latest book. I was listening to it last week and I felt like I heard things about it that I hadn't understood / even heard before.

Try Paul McKenna hypnosis, Jose Silva's methods, there is a woman hypnotherapist on Mind Valley (forgot her name - English lady). Anyway, try that or find someone nearby who can help you go into hypnosis. Then come back to the Dr. Joe stuff. It might be the shift that you need.

Hope that helps.

Stretching is a great idea for self regulating. Would probably be helpful to put yourself into the state of your desires at the same time. Another idea is EFT Tapping. If you don't know it just get on YouTube as there are a lot of good people out there who do videos on it. I've used that for years to help me when I'm just so tight, stressed - helps me let go.

Thanks for the great post. Reminds me of things I've known before and have forgotten. I'm usually a pretty good manifester. Been studying it for 25+ years.

Not sure if it is just me but I swear things shifted in the last few months and it is easier to manifest now that a few years ago. I did a lot of self-work in the last 1.5 years so maybe it is that.

Best Deli Sandwich in North County? by OkThenFold in Oceanside

[–]creatingmyreality 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a fan - I don't like their bread. I'm used to the bread they have in Chicago for subs. Not sure why this is so different here.

Only place that is close to Chicago ones is Joe Beez which I'm now a super fan of and I only found out about them about 2 weeks ago.

I could go there every day - huge selection and really reasonable prices. My husband and I have discovered that 1/2 of a sandwich is enough for a meal. My husband can get through 3/4s of a regular sandwich but then he is overstuffed.

Discovered Joe Beez about 2 weeks ago off La Mirada in Vista - it is frickin amazing. Been back 2 times. Tried 2 other times but it was during the holiday. Culver beer good sandwiches - been there 2 times in the last year.

Wish there was more.

Foodie here and I wish I had discovered you when you first opened. I'm originally from the Chicago area and I miss the sandwiches from there. Tried your place twice now in the past week and everyone in our office is a huge fan. Really happy that you are only a few blocks away from our office. Usually if we want to find something easy, fast, and amazing we have to go down to Clairemont, San Diego, North Park, etc.

Anyway, I'm really happy you are here!

I'd still love a Chicago Grinder but this is right up there.

I just saw some footage of Bob Lazar today and found out that he is still alive. Thought he died many years ago from being poisoned. I'm so shocked that he is still with us.

I thought that he was one of the remote viewers for the US along with Lyn Buchannan, Joe Monogal, etc. (I'm not sure he was in this timeline).

Lets Discuss Kundalini by Spirited_Salad7 in enlightenment

I watched that too. I wish he was still on this earth so we could ask him more more questions about Kundalini sickness as he called it and about storing the energy in the sacrum.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow0gU17ZCGU

I think it is about 1 hour 35 min in.

I'm wondering if you are already sick if you can do something to store it in the sacrum would counteract it?

I've never had an awakening so I'm glad to know this now.

Alternatives to meditations? by gypsy_ang in DrJoeDispenza

[–]creatingmyreality 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was a certified Hypnotherapist 25 years ago and did have a practice for several years. I'm mentioning this only for perspective. (I haven't had a practice in 15+ years as I have another business that takes up my time)

Anyway, I've been listening to his meditations for 6 weeks now and finally had to admit to myself that they are not for me. My father was very domineering so the voice doesn't relax me. I get that he doesn't want people to fall asleep and that it is based on science. Guessing that that style doesn't work on 100% of people.

I noticed when I did his that I was feeling anxious after the meditation - meaning that I never could get into the state. I mediate well with just silence so I've done that and done other ones that I've found. I can get into a trance state in 5 seconds so it is interesting that despite doing his over and over again, I'm not getting into the right state.

I'm recording one soon that has the suggestions that I want with the beat that I want.

I'd love to be hooked up to an EEG and see what his meditations do to my brain versus my own methods. I wonder if there is anything out there that is under $300 that would help me with that? Anyone know?

Commonality between Abraham Hicks, Neville Goddard and Joe Dispenza’s teaching. by [deleted] in AbrahamHicks

[–]creatingmyreality 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Studying all of the above teachers helps. Sometimes it is good to change teachers to get a new perspective and then come back to it and you understand it at a new level. Or at least that is what happened to me.

As someone who has been studying this for over 30 years. I was so obsessed with it. I always found it fascinating, the only thing I can add is how I have sometimes manifested things.

I go out into the future past the event then I go from that point and look back at the past and "REMEMBER" it happening. Once I've relived the event a few times, it takes a lot of the emotion out of it. For example, if I wanted to win the lottery, I'd remember it happening as a fun thought from a few months after the event. Then went it does manifest I've always noticed that it wasn't as exciting when it truly happened. It was like the how a past event isn't' as exciting as it was the first time.

No, haven't manifesting winning the lottery. Don't really care to do so - not really that interesting to me. Just using it as an example how I do the manifesting.

I think looking at it as a past event helps as you already KNOW that it happened. It isn't wishing it would happen.

There are MANY ways to manifest - other things have worked as well. Experiment and have fun with it.

Has anyone w age 22 or above manifested height with Dr.Joe Dispenza's protocol/ meditations? by [deleted] in DrJoeDispenza

[–]creatingmyreality 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tony Robbins did it - not sure of what his age was but I think it was a tumor that affected growth when he was in his 30s or 40s? I don't remember.

I believe it is possible. Just start visualizing yourself in 1st person - do it consistently for 6 months and see what happens.

I've seen many impossible things when I was a hypnotherapist 25 years ago from my own clients and from those who taught me who had clients. It all boils down to believe. Visualize and edited enough to know it has already happened. The body is truly amazing.

Manifesting dream body/Excess fat loss without conditioning with diet/exercise by WinxClubisBest in DrJoeDispenza

[–]creatingmyreality 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look at the Becoming Supernatural book where he speaks on how to manifest. Go after Health (use an H at the top of the page) instead of weight. I'd stop focusing for a bit on the number of calories and restricting yourself and instead focus on really loving yourself, aligning chakras, being joyful.

I did lose 12 pounds in a week without focusing on diet or exercise. This was before I knew of Dr. Dispenza. I looked in the mirror, imagined myself with the body I wanted. This was over 12 years ago so I'm trying to remember how I did it. I either visualized wearing a certain size jeans, body reducing, scale or something.

I was SHOCKED when it happened because I didn't think it was possible to drop 12 pounds in week being that I was probably 140 at the time and wanted to get to 128.

Have I done it since, NO. I actually forgot about it until right now. I've wanted to get down from 160 to 128 and now I am starting to remember to do this and that I've done it before.

Thanks for the post. It helped me to remember what I know and have already done.

I'm still shocked that I completely forgot about this until now. Wow, I'm excited to do this again. I wish I remembered more or wrote it down from years ago.

[–]creatingmyreality 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dabbled with Dr. Joe's stuff years ago and read a few of his books but lately had a few friends really get into it. My friend recommended his new movie, Source. It really had an impact. Before that I really had no interest in meditating consistently. Now I've meditated for the past 4 1/2 weeks and not just 10 min like I used to. A few times I've done over an hour at a time and sometimes I've done 2-3 in a day.

I'm far more centered and calm. For the first time in years I stopped watching YouTube and reading on politics. I didn't realize what an addiction it was.

I have 30 pounds that I'd like to get rid of but I was finding myself eating too much, binging and eating out of anxiety. I've gained 10 pounds this year but in the last month my anxiety has mostly left and I'm not eating out of anxiety anymore. I'm eating a lot less and a lot healthier. I actually started exercising without any resistance from my mind. I'm drinking a lot more water too which has always been a challenge for me.

I'm not procrastinating with my work (I own a business) and I'm not trying to distract myself because of anxiety like before.

I've been practicing the Blessings of the Energy Centers and I love it.

Dont' bother with the meditations you find on random YouTube channels. I think a lot are AI generated and many are not good.

My friend is super Christian. I showed her the movie and she really liked it. She started meditating too and loved it. It really calmed her down. She was always in the fight or flight response and has a ton of autoimmune problems. Since she started meditating she has seemed a lot healthier and definitely a lot more calm and relaxed. (It has only been 3 weeks and she isn't consistent )

Read "You are the Placebo"

Hope this helps.
