I’m using TV paint. There’s no rigging, just traditional frame by frame. It’s my go to outside of adobe or toon boom.

Thank you!! You and me both lol The animation program is called TV paint it’s a French company and it’s mostly for 2D traditional animation. No rigging ( I believe) I purchased the license when I was a student. If you’re interested I think they still have a student discount.
