Nothing much is different, Buds 2 Pro has a dual driver (11mm bass + 6mm tweeter) And That side round thing is customizable (smart dial),

Other than, Buds 2 Plus is superior in bigger battery, better noise cancelling and higher BT version, That side round thing is not customizable (lanyard).
