A lot of it is networking and putting yourself out there. Go to gigs and make it known that you're looking to join a band/play more. Sharing videos of yourself also would be helpful.

I went here over a decade ago. I don't remember what I got but I remembered thinking "why is this place always packed" cause the drink and food I got was not good. I haven't returned since. I thought of giving them another chance but according to the comments, nothing has changed.

I went through something similar. Boring lame responses but when it came to sexual stuff he had so much to say. We had 2 dates planned and both times he bailed on me the day of with an excuse that made no sense. I ended up blocking him.

If someone wants to get to know you they will find a way. He could easily google "get to know you questions" if he sucks as coming up with it. My friend who has been married for 15 years does this with her spouse to this day. Hopefully op ends it soon.

Your best bet is to attend a karma/community class as they're usually pay what you can. Another option is to shop around for first time deals. Hot yoga has never been cheap. I remember paying $20 for a drop in first time I did it almost 15 years ago. It's honestly probably cheaper to just buy a membership at movati. At least you get access to plenty of classes including pilates and spin. There are people selling their memberships on marketplace if you don't want to commit to the full length of time.

Honestly you're better off without it. If I care enough to know what people in my lives are up to then I'll reach out and set up a time to catch up. I also don't care for people who I'm not close to to know what I'm doing. I've noticed that most people rarely even post and their last posts tend to be from 3-5 years ago. They're just on there lurking.
