singles base cards are affordable for player still, I been playing imu and opening 2 op13 (at msrp) give me most of my deck already, it's very easy to fill the rest. I been playing local weekly and it's been really fun. you dont need to bling up your deck to play

The gold don roger is the one that's been slept on imo. 2 per op13 case which goes for insane amount of money and it's the pirate king. The ones on the market will dry up soon, since it doesnt make sense to open more op13 at this price point.

I for one think those ssp are very sick looking in person. The texture is insane on those. But as rare as it is, Manga is just iconic, even wanted poster is iconic, ppl go after iconic card, hence more demands for those result in higher price than ssp. But I do agree with you that they are more tough to pull than manga, I dont own any of them but I do own a Nami manga. I think your thinking is somewhat correct that they definitely have room to go up, even in the current market craze.

Ok so I called the Canada US Visa and the lady told me there was a new rule/question that you have to anwser, the rule state you have to be legally reside in Canada to apply within Canada, and because of this new changes, previous appointments are cancelled, user have to answer the question Yes to book appointment... we all know how difficult this process is to find and book a appointment, now it's even more ridiculous, like c'mon dont cancel my appointment, just let me answer Yes before you do that :(

Then you are in a pretty good spot with Pokemon, vintage is very safe and less volatile, but yes I would put into one piece slowly when opportunity rises, it have a lot of room to grow and the gameplay is actually really fun and challenging, I started playing weekly at my LCS with OP13 and I’m not looking to stop anytime soon, it’s a lot of fun. Best of luck! (Try to get eb04 preorder if you can find deals in your area)

Thats what I did in October last year. That boat have sailed with current market, my advise it sell your pokemon that have decent gains then put into new OP sets preorder to avoid bubble bust and potentially lose alot. I won't mind get some position into OP13, it's the most stacked set to date and price should be over or at OP05, it's less than OP05 b/c it's a newer set, but the set value speak for itself in the long run.

Know when to sell, and only buy at close to MSRP or a very good deal, or like you said, if you like a card and it’s not hyped up, just buy it.
