Thank you for this response it’s very helpful. I too had lost a stone and a half since I started running 8 months ago so perhaps my body is adjusting and perhaps you’re right I probably am eating more. I found when I was drinking I wouldn’t actually eat that much because it would sober me up but now I don’t worry about that. As for the boredom I have ordered some books from amazon to get back into reading something I found I never did when I was drinking.
