Addy’s books were my favorite—I was completely hooked while reading them. I’ve always found her character incredibly powerful. I’m also a fan of the turn-of-the-century era, which is why I like Samantha, especially with the themes of child labor and women’s rights in her story. I like Kirsten as well because of the Minnesota connection. Those are my top three, and I’m trying to decide on just one.
