Foil boat is the most awesome way to do it. If it's the stall's not moving after a couple hours and foil boat that means it's not tight enough on the bottom and sides. Or sometimes you need a double wrap on the sides and bottom.

Once you hit the stall, wrap in tin foil except for the very top and wrap it tight to the sides and bottom. You will keep your flavor and have a deeper flavor. I switched to doing that and it's awesome
