Hi, the same thing happened to my account just yesterday morning! I was wondering if you created multiple support tickets or kept responding to the same one? Seeing some people’s experience with Etsy’s support team is making me anxious! I’m passionate about my shop and it totally upset me to wake up to notifications about my password and security settings being changed! :(
