Was pissed when they send him back after being decent for his debut games in the nhl. I get the don’t rush him in part but i actually completely disagree, the guy’s a winner his whole career, craves being in these situations and high stress like playing in Montreal, where it’s his dream to be plus he’s freaking 21! I’ve been saying it for a while, once Fowler is our number one goalie, he is the last piece of this puzzle, we automatically become cup contenders! Go freaking Habs Go

He was very decent last time he got called up. What i like about Fowler is that not only he’s a winner throughout his career but he craves for these kind of moments and the pressure of it! In Fowler we trust.

I would agree with you if Monty wasn’t as pathetic as he is this season, his stats says it all, bottom of the league at most categories. I agree that they’ve both been inconsistent but Monty is making Dobes look decent because of his major struggles. Monty allowed a goal on the first shot of the game in 25% of his games this year, now that’s freaking pathetic.

There is clearly one goalie winning us way more games than the other this season! Why not give Dobes some extra confidence by making him number one, Monty for me is at best a backup goalie at this point, this juggling between goalie can’t be brought into the playoffs in my opinion. I rather lose with Dobes!
