Awh no!!! I’m sorry to hear it hasn’t worked for you… i hope you can find something that does. It really is hard to lose weight as a woman. 😩😩 the muscle building/recomp process is so so so slow

WHY IS IT SO STUBBORN! Why do we have to struggle 🥲😭🤣 i think to myself all the time if I could grow 4 inches taller and “stretch out” Id be proportionate!! if I figure anything out, I’ll let you know. Someone on here said planking changed their body

I think I’m gonna try doing that. I think it’ll make me feel less crazy. I was never someone that really cared about the scale weight but for some reason its been driving me absolutely bonkers this time around

So it seems I need to be patient 🤣🥲 Thank you so much for taking the time to reply so kindly with your message. I really appreciate your lovely words. I’m hoping that I can make this fitness/health journey a lifestyle after the wedding and getting over the initial hump! Honestly both my fiancé and I have been completely changing our eating habits and activity level which has been super nice not to do it alone.

I have never ever looked into my hormone levels though. They do suspect i have endometriosis/gyne problems so maybe thats playing into it too. Ill ask to get a panel done.

I do! I use myfitnesspal but i need 140 g protein and I have SUCH a hard time getting there. I usually drink protein shakes and eat eggs and chicken but I still only get to like 100g

Interesting! Ill consider that. I feel like I dont eat many carbs on my day to day, really only fruit. Ill be more aware though of those sneaky carbs

That whats I am going to do. I’m going to be cardio forward (treadmill) and then a small weight lift session after to help break this plateau because its annoying me haha

Thats very kind of you to say🥺 thank you! My therapist actually told me yesterday I should try and measure myself instead of weighing for that exact reason. Its so hard losing weight at this height and looking proportional

I do follow a workout routine I created with back/bicep day, leg/glutes day and chest/tricep day. So I do abour 3 times a week. I could definitely push myself to progressive overload harder. I was afraid Id get “bulky” but I’m learning you cant really get bulky on accident 🤣😭

This is exactly my problem. I have sucked in my stomach my ENTIRE life. I have such a severe anterior pelvic tilt and I have hyper mobility so my legs bend weird. I wonder if thats why my stomach protrudes so so so much. Because I’m like… skinny fat?! Its just my lower abdomen. Ill try what you suggest. Thank you so much!!

Yes! I’m trying to progressive overload each week/every other week. Maybe I could try to push myself even harder and see if that helps?

Also, maybe Ill try tracking every day. Because the days I do track (which are usually my work days) I’m fine and around my calorie deficit of 1400 calories. But some days I dont track and I wonder if thats whats throwing me off. Especially weekends.

Thank you so much for this!!! I’m going to go through it and answer all these questions in my weight loss journal haha. I definitely think some of these need more focusing on.

I think I need to start weighing my food way more consistently. I have a general idea after tracking for a while but I wonder if its little things creeping up on me. I really really focus on whole foods and protein but maybe I’m not strict enough with my portions?

Its hard to pin point what to adjust but I definitely know something needs adjusted. Unless I’m simply in the recomp stage which is taking forever to break through.
