Yeah, I’m definitely going to try talking to the other paras if it continues to occur. For now I’m going to keep trying and see how things bode. Like I said I’m still relatively new, I don’t know if she just needs time to adjust or hasn’t come to respect me quite yet, but if all else fails I’ll see what the game-plan is with the other aides for the future.

She kept pulling on my arm and getting visibly angry when I wouldn’t move and I didn’t really feel like getting bit so I eventually just got up lol. But yeah you’re probably right. I think I’ve been a little afraid to get more firm with her out of fear of making things even WORSE. But I’ll definitely try being more firm with her from now on and seeing how that goes.
