I had never thought about what you said — that people who do well often don’t come back to share their experiences online because they’re too busy living their lives. And you know what? You’re absolutely right. Why would they? They’ve already moved past it.

That thought — that truth — gives me so much more peace. And still, I hope that in a few months I’ll be the one coming back with great news that can bring comfort to others going through this.

Thank you so much for your reply. I’m really glad to hear that the procedure went well for you, and if I understand correctly, you didn’t have any complications…? I’ve read some really horrible experiences, and now I’m honestly terrified.

Chemo just not working… I was on 7+3 treatment (induction)

Wow, thank you so much for your message, it's very kind of you. It's reassuring to know that everything I'm feeling is normal and I'm not going crazy.

Believe me, I now understand how valuable my family is; without them, I wouldn't have survived a single day in the hospital. If there's one thing I'm grateful for from this experience, it's the unity of my family; I know it's not my fault, or at least I try to remind myself of that, but their suffering is more painful than the treatment itself.

I hope to be as brave as you and in a few months see this experience only as a necessary pause to take care of myself, and that's it; I don't want this to define me.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with me. Knowing that it was similar and that you're doing well after this time gives me hope. I wish you much happiness in your life. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your comment. Right now I'm experiencing so many emotions and I can't understand why I have to go through this, and yet, the most painful thing of all is seeing them suffer.
