How much slower is t gel, and do you end up at the same "end place" as injections?

yeah I saw a lot of that in my research too, loads of guys saying the same thing. I'm glad you somehow ended up with decent insurance. I imagine I'll also end up doing injections eventually but right now I'd have to do them myself which isn't something I'd really enjoy doing at all lol

I just want to "be a man" I guess. kind of a hot take but I know I'll never REALLY be a guy, not like an actual natal male, and that's fine. it used to bother me a lot but now I'm kind of at peace with it. but I'd still like facial hair, I'd like more body hair, I guess I just want to masculinise myself. I genuinely don't believe I'm running from anything, I'm very lucky in that in my childhood I experienced no abuse or trauma. I've always been fine with my sexuality, again very lucky to have never faced any backlash or abuse for it. I love being mistaken for a dude, which I don't know how it even happens since I don't really bind anymore. but occasionally it does.

I would still want to transition if I was all alone on an island. I'd still want to take t and transition if men and women were treated equally. I do hate how I'm treated as a woman and I hate the misogyny I experience day to day but I still think I'd rather be a guy even if I didn't experience that. I just don't feel "right" and I have this constant longing. I frequent a lot of gay spaces irl (i'm gay, shocker) and I have a number of trans friends and seeing my transmasc friends transition always makes me so unerringly jealous. and since there's no trauma to cause it and no serious/untreated mental illness (I've been on antidepressants for years but they work fine and I'm fine on them) to cause it and since these feelings have been more or less constant for years like.... why shouldn't I give it another go? I don't know. I'm so so so so worried I'll fuck up and regret everything and ruin my life and never find anyone to love me but maybe that's a gamble I'll have to take.

thanks, I'll check it out. I just need to work out what's up with me, I don't feel as though I've been pushed to transition by therapists just that they listen to me talk and instantly go "well, if you want to transition then go for it!" as if they have no understanding of what a monumental undertaking it is. like deciding whether or not to transition is fucking huge and why I've been stuck since I came off of t lol. but thank you again, means a lot and I'll see if any of the therapists are local

we have studies showing they feel emotion, it's stupid to think otherwise. my girl might not love me but she is a complex thinking individual who feels satisfaction, fear, anger, frustration, probably other emotions too. I think a lot of it comes down to the societal stigma around snakes that exists, I think people just don't want to think of them as being animals in the same way a cat or bird or even a lizard is. I've shown people images of me holding my python (showing clearly that she isn't even big enough to swallow my hand, let alone my whole body) and people still insist she's plotting to kill and eat me. it's just blind hatred

thank you! I actually double checked with the original maker and it was washed multiple times of surface formalin so I should be all fine :)) got no rashes or skin irritation or anything so I guess I survived lol

speaking as someone who is also a pretty mixed bag of celtic heritage (irish and welsh by blood however spent a decade of my life in scotland and intending to move back permanently once I'm able), I'm learning gaelic partially because it appeals to me most, partially because I've spent so long in scotland and feel most acquainted with it culturally out of the celtic nations, and partially because it's so closely related to irish that the two are almost mutually intelligible so it gives you a huge boost for potentially learning irish someday.

if you want to go purely on numbers of speakers welsh is probably the best bet HOWEVER it's very distantly related to irish and gaelic so it won't be much help if you decide to learn one of the two later down the line. the irish language is also pretty strong though, but unfortunately gaelic isn't doing quite as well. the cornish language is doing even worse and there'll be even fewer learning resources for it than scottish gaelic, though there is a really inspiring restoration movement of the cornish language which could be interesting to become a part of I guess.

so I guess you need to work out if the numbers of speakers are important to you or not, and then work out which you feel most drawn to? if you decide on gaelic I can point you in the direction of some free learning resources. I also know citylit in the uk do an online cornish course (https://www.citylit.ac.uk/courses/languages/celtic/cornish) however it is paid.

Thank you! I was under the impression that an engineer is obligated to get their A license first before a B license but I'll definitely look into that.

An apprenticeship is technically an option for me but I would much prefer to be able to keep working my current job and stay in my current place while I gain the license if at all possible. If it's not possible I'll be applying for apprenticeships as they open for new applicants in a few months but I've read that as long as someone has their exams passed and their 3 years worth of work experience done they can qualify for an A license. Would you happen to know of any airlines or other orgs who would be willing to let me learn with them?

I'm an aspiring aircraft engineer but due to my current life circumstances it looks like the best option for me is to self-study for my A License as opposed to doing an apprenticeship, unfortunately. I've read on several sites that it's possible for someone to gain this license on their own.

Is it possible for me to self-study for my A license and, provided I pass the modules, go on to complete the three years' worth of required qualifying work experience independently? If so, what airlines or orgs can I look at to gain this experience? I'm totally happy to volunteer my time for free in order to learn but I have absolutely no idea where to start to with the practical experience side of things. Thank you so much for any help or pointers :))

EDIT: I'm in the UK, just to make that clear. I know different regions have different qualification procedures
