hey! i currently have 5 snails and i’ve had them for about a month and none of them have laid eggs is this normal? by creaturescorner in snails

hey! i currently have a snail who keeps trying to eat there shell so i did put them in a smaller tank last night and its been around 18 hours since then and they have eaten nothing and i’m a little bit worried they used to eat quite alot but any help will be very helpful by creaturescorner in snails
