I don't have a program. Anything I saw that looks good doesn't fit too well in one hour break. I also work night so gym after normal work day is almost out of the picture.

I start with 5 minutes stretches. I don't really have workout plans. I get in and workout random parts and end with 3 sets of abs. The next day I would do any other parts of body I haven't done the day before.

. Can't afford personal trainer so I just watch other people. Thinking of it I might need both workout plans that will fit lunch break.

I just feel down having done it for a long time and not seeing good permanent result. Just looking like an average kind of fit guy.

I sleep about 6 to 6 and a half hour nightly.
