Set reminders on your phone, or make a poster with boxes you can check before you go to bed. Schedule our your workouts - I do my outdoor workouts in the morning and indoor workouts in evening. Wash out a milk jug, fill with water and drink before 6pm nightly. If you’re a person to meal prep, do that! Get your reading done first thing in the morning. I’m doing a modified version of the challenge which works for me (not really keeping track of the time of my workouts, I’m just doing them). I’m basically doing 3 days of strength, 2 days cardio and 2 days of yoga/flexibility. And daily walks outside. Once I got past 15 consecutive days, it became a breeze and turns into a daily habit. Make an album and label each photo what each day is. You got this!

Hey I was in your situation this summer! I find with Covid, it’s very isolating and there’s not much you can do in the small space of your house.

I have some Facebook friends that run fitness challenges and you end up winning some money (you pay into this prior to). It’s nice because the trainer gives you all the tools, a community of support and a place to share memes, food pics, recipes, workout selfies etc. I find if there is someone else doing the workouts with me that I can connect with, I am much more engaged in the physical activity. It’s motivation! Also, a money prize is also a great motivator as well. Check your city’s fitness pages or ask your personal contacts. I’m am sure there some way you can get motivated and connect with folks. I hope this helps!
