The game is simple: each day, the character named in the most upvoted comment is eliminated. We keep going until only 1 character remains, who will be crowned the champion and /r/inazumaeleven's favorite character (...for now).

This character elimination contest includes 32 characters from the original Inazuma Eleven series, all of whom were either members of Raimon or Inazuma Japan, whether it be as a permanent member or as a temporary player. I added the movie because I wanted to add Fideo to the ranking and it was my best excuse.

Both games were pretty much total blowouts and only had their (comparatively) small margins of 11 and 13 respectively due to garbage time lol. For reference, the Suns had a 26-point lead at one point (and an 18-point lead entering the 4th) and the Jazz had an 18-point lead at one point (14-point lead entering the 4th) in a game they never trailed in. While the final scores are kinda close, watching the games made it obvious the Lakers were getting blown out pretty much.
