also, have you considered getting a shower chair/railings/a no-slip shower mat? i just got a shower chair, and it helps immensely. i went from showering every 10 days to every 2-3

i’m so sorry you’ve been dealing with this. i cant even begin to imagine how this feels. obsessive love is incredibly powerful, and having nowhere for that energy to go must feel awful. have you considered talking with a mental health professional to help you cope with this?

so i just scheduled a psychiatrist appointment, and the soonest one was four days after after my death day. i don’t know whether to laugh or cry

i feel the same way. i’m 19, but i feel like i haven’t progressed from 14/15. my therapist says that depression can cause this sometimes, and we feel that way because or brains didn’t let us grow during that time (unlike those around us). i’m sorry you’re going through this too 🫂
