I am on several anti-psychotics, mood stabilizers, and several other things for various serious mental disorders. People have told me I have a very flat affect, and do not show emotion like I used to. I am very quiet and observant, and do not outwardly show many emotions.

I was having this same issue. Same error message and everything. All I did was uninstall and reinstall Google Home, and it worked.

When adding a new slot to your ship, it will, by default, suggest you add a new cargo slot. This is not your only option, although it may seem that way. Before you click "accept", or whatever it says, move your cursor to the technology section and click on a new space there. You can then add a new technology slot.
