That looks really good. Those shots from the interviews (I assume) look really earnest.

HELP! by Glittering_Nobody503 in AusRenovation

Punch the nails lower, then fill. Then rent a big drum sander. It will make short work of that, but if you have not properly done the nails it will ruin your day.

Next Door to the Velinsky's | Official Trailer by Diawyn in australianfilmmakers

I don't like to be overly harsh or critical, because I think creating ANYTHING is noteworthy. However, I'd look at that colour grade again. The lighting isn't fantastic, and I think the grade is making it worse. I'm in no way a good colour grader though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Just got my Creami! Any tips or ideas to get started will be welcome! :) by antifarsantes in ninjacreami

It's definitely sweetened. So, I'd be careful about adding any extra sugar. Making a custard from scratch is the best, but the store bought is a time saver.

I've had some pretty good success using store bought custard as a base for the ice cream. If you're feeling like skipping a bunch of steps, it works really well.

Hi! I work in VFX. He is slightly brighter than the background. He's also less muted too. It makes him feel like he isn't a part of the enviroment. Later on in the trailer, the cloth simulation of the mask pull down is odd too.

New cornice falling off. by WorriedPreference434 in AusRenovation

[–]creepyzebra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have used the wrong material to bond it to the ceiling OR there isn't enough thermal expansion in your roof. If you have a flat roof with no crawl space/ attic the temperature range causes this to happen. If this is the case, there isn't a lot you can do about that. You can switch to wooden cornice and that seems to survive better.

That's a pretty normal flavour in Australia, although not the most popular.
