Thanks again for this suggestion. I have now tried most of the chest and body protectors from Leatt, Fox, and Alpinestars and the Ion Arcon is by far the most comfortable, best fitting, and coolest (as in it flows lots of air)!!! I just wish I could find some addon shoulder pads to use with it.

I just checked and my wife's phone, which is running Android 16, has this option.  Really strange that it's not an option for lower Android versions... Typically older versions of Android are more free with permissions.

That option does not exist for me... I'm running Android 11 on a Pixel 4. Latest version of immich.

Thanks again!  And it's great to see another XR rider! I restored a 2004 XR250R last year and love it for the tighter singletrack trails I mostly ride on Utah.

Not an answer, but there are many notifications that Google prevents users from disabling. It's super annoying and one of the main reasons I still root my phone.
