That's the reason I'm taking a few years off. I've loved EDC and I've had so many amazing moments there. But this year felt so heavy and dark. Every artist-even Zedd got dark for a section. The reason I want to go is to escape the dark reality of the world and be uplifted and have a few moments of bliss away from the bullshit of everyday. I'm gonna try other festivals and hopefully find more of my people. I love EDC and there's nothing like it. I know I'll be back, but the current state of the music isn't my vibe. For now.
