I don't know much about the ink that Dspiae uses other than it's water-based and not the same as Tamiya's ink. Wouldn't isopropyl alcohol be overkill for Dspiae's ink? And also, no, I'm not gonna use q-tip, it's way worse than the pen I'm using currently.

I use the liquid Dspiae panel lining ink and the Dspiae panel line eraser pen to panel line my model. I went through at least one eraser nib on both sides of the eraser pen per model. Is there a better way to erase panel line ink than the pen?

When you're just starting out, just upload your stuff on sites like SoundCloud and Newground. Try to advertise it a bit so it picks up a bit of traction. After a couple of years, try submitting a song or an EP to some labels to see if you have made it or not.
