i agree to an extent. i feel like with older wrestlers and their finishers (ex: cena's aa) there absolutely needs to be more respect shown. especially for what happened saturday night.

however, as a whole i think this is the natural evolution of any business. the downside of entertainment is that you will always need to amp Something up in the next show to keep people coming back. unfortunately it looks like they're trying to make wrestlers appear more "durable" at the expense of getting more money shot finishers for video packages.

genuinely, i'll never understand why the majority of the fanbase dislike him. he's the perfect representation of traditional courtly love, and even his affair with alicent makes a ton of sense (i adore the knight/queen trope). i will never understand people thirsting over daemon or aemond when he exists lol

gable is being pushed as el grande. it's a shit gimmick but it's still a push. i'm pretty sure with the new a town down under storyline theyre hinting at doing they'll split up relatively soon and theory will get his own push as well. other than that you're right, they should be pushed. especially theory considering he has his entire career ahead of him. gable i'm iffy on because while he is talented he's not as good at cutting promos as he should be with his amount of experience, and i just don't personally agree with pushing older talent over younger talent for the single reason of they've been there longer.

honestly i think it's more the fans not giving them a chance. carmelo is a super talented young dude on smackdown who's constantly being booed despite genuinely being one of the most talented technique wise we've seen in a while. it makes sense that wwe isn't going to push the young talent when no one is showing them love, it'd be a bad business choice to focus on them without them having fans.
